PROJECT: LUNA APARTMENTS

The popular Luna Apartments on Burton Street is a large 120+ residential apartment building with sweeping panoramic city views over Grafton and out to the Hauraki Gulf.

Due to weathertightness issues, preparation for a partial reclad began which included the design of a new unitized curtain wall system enclosing the balconies, and a structural and passive fire upgrade.
