Concerns had been raised regarding the quality of construction, alignment with the consented design, and the validity of numerous variation claims that had significantly increased the overall project cost.

Veron provided building surveying and quantity surveying services, including assessment of completed building works, review of consented documentation, evaluation of variation claims, and reconciliation of project costs. The commission also involved liaison with the design team to confirm design intent and assess the extent to which the completed works aligned with the approved documentation.
