The popular Luna Apartments on Burton Street is a large 120+ residential apartment building with sweeping panoramic city views over Grafton and out to the Hauraki Gulf.

Due to weathertightness issues, preparation for a partial reclad began which included the design of a new unitized curtain wall system enclosing the balconies, and a structural and passive fire upgrade. Veron were engaged to take forward construction phase architectural design, along with construction monitoring throughout the project. We also provided timber remediation inspections and reports, along with full building defecting during which we utilised drone surveys for exterior building post scaffolding removal.
