Bay Palms is a multi-unit residential complex with 63 units situated in Browns Bay on the North Shore.

Veron was been engaged to assist the Body Corporate Committee with providing independent professional advice with regard to how best to address known weather-tightness issues in the buildings. In conjunction with our assistance, the Committee was able to select a Project Team for the various specific roles required. The weather-tightness remediation works started in 2018 and are were completed in mid-2021.
